Your library moves through a 3-phase graceful expiration. Phase 1 gives you full access to your 9 saved videos. Phase 2 (read-only) lets you keep watching but pauses new saves. Phase 3 archives inactive libraries. You can upgrade to a paid tier anytime and everything continues seamlessly.

We don't hard-block you or delete anything. Each tier has a grace pool (Starter +5, Plus +10, Pro +15) that lets you exceed the cap gracefully while we nudge you to upgrade. Existing videos are never removed. Only new saves are gated once the grace pool fills.

The first 10,000 paid subscribers lock in $5/mo single or $10/mo family for life. That rate persists as long as your subscription is active — no renewal price hikes, no annual bumps. When the 10,000 counter closes, standard tier rates above apply to all new signups.

Yes. Vulu Converter is a separate one-time purchase ($19.99 standalone, or $9.99 with a Pro subscription — 50% off). It's a desktop app that runs on your computer, and it's not bundled free with any Vulu subscription tier.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account page. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you've paid for.
